Epics and projects

• An epic groups related issues. It has no sprint, points or severity of its own, and its progress is the progress of its children.
• Projects nest. A project can hold sub-projects, up to a depth the organization chooses. Totals over a project and its sub-projects add up the leaves, per currency, and say when they could not see everything.
