Open-source self-hostable trackers

Trackers that can be run on your own servers, with community or official MCP servers that also reach self-hosted instances.

Where they are stronger today:

  • open-source licences;
  • community extensions;
  • wiki-style pages;
  • broader integrations.

Where Quasar differs:

  • Isolation by the database. Tenant isolation is enforced by row-level security and tested against a real database in every release.
  • An MCP server built into the product, designed around workflow-sized tools and explanatory refusals rather than a wrapper over the REST API.
  • Agent accountability: verified plans, measured work sessions and automatic agent marks.
  • Client delivery, as above.
